Inspiring Gold Coast women to get healthy

9 May 2016

Fun, fit and fabulous women of the Gold Coast are encouraged to come along to the Women’s Health and Wellbeing Expo this weekend at Robina.

This free annual event is aimed at inspiring, motivating and informing women of all ages to achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle.

More than 50 exhibitors will showcase their services and products including skincare specialists, local spas, fitness providers, weight loss clinics and food outlets. There is a diverse workshop series giving local women a chance to try yoga, tai chi and zumba classes, learn more about diet and health, and attend talks by industry experts and local businesses.

Enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration with Georgia Barnes, Master Chef 2015 grand finalist or get some home decorating tips from Carlene Duffy from Channel Nine’s The Block.

Day two of the expo kicks off with the Fun Fit and Fabulous Women’s Breakfast Forum which starts with a free light breakfast, followed by a discussion about clearing out clutter in your mind, body and home. The panellists include radio personality Bridget Daley, motivational speaker Debbie Hogg, vintage makeover guru Chrissy Keepence and Carlene Duffy.

This free event runs from 9am – 3pm on Saturday 14 May and Sunday 15 May at the Robina Community Centre on Robina Town Centre Drive.
